Patriache Pere & Fils Brut NV, Bourgogne……………….……….…$16.99……$14.49
Patiarche’s Cremant de Bourgogne Brut is made predominantly from Chardonnay, with Pinot Noir,
using the traditional method of bottle fermentation like Champagne. The base wines are bottled in
January of the year following harvest and aged on the lees in the bottle for 12 to 15 months.
This Brut comes in an elegant lemon yellow color, looking clear and bright, with hints of gold
and green hues. The nose is subtle and elegant, featuring precise fruity  notes delivered with a clean
expression, lime and lemon, apple, and fresh pineapple. Add hints of whipped cream aromas for an
overall tempting aromatic profile.

Brooks Notes Pinot Blanc 2018, Mendocino………...………….………$24.99……$21.29
The 2018 Pinot Blanc is a beautiful corn silk yellow. It begins with citrus,
lemon flower, and stone fruit aromas. It has a bright entry,
with lemon, apricot, and honeysuckle flavors. It lingers with a long citrus
and stone fruit finish. It’s supported by balanced acidity and smooth texture.

Saint-Jean d’Ardieres Sobilane 2015, Cotes Calatanes……....$14.99……$12.79
60% Grenache, 40% Syrah, aged in concrete tanks.
Full bodied, with ripe dark fruit and spice, offering notes of  blackberries, jammy raspberries,
spice, and garrigue. Warm and supple on the palate. A perfect match with red and white meat,
pasta dishes, spicy dishes, or cheese.

Casa Santos Lima Red Blend 2017, Portugal………….....…….$11.99……$10.19
This “Red Blend Portugal” pays homage to Portuguese producers’ art to take the best from
each grape in order to create the perfect blend. This wine presents a nice ruby color  and a
striking aromatic exuberance. Smooth and elegant, it offers delicious flavors of  ripe red fruits,
well balanced with notes of wood from 4 months of aging in French and American oak barrels.
90 Points-Wine Enthusiast:
“Bringing together a range of Portuguese and international varieties, the wine is firm, structured,
and richly tannic. It has great acidity to balance the black fruits, and some aging potential.”

Clos De Napa Cabernet Sauvignon 2017, Rutherford…..…..$29.99……$25.49
“This is a seductive, delicious red, ripe and juicy, and fruit driven. Beautiful on the palate,
it exemplifies luscious currant, black cherry, wild berry, and plumy Cabernet flavors
that are sharply focused and long. The finish is complex and well concentrated.
Enjoy now or cellar for 5-10 years.” Delicious !
