The aroma is fruity and flowery with hints of ripe golden apple and small mountain
flowers. The dry fresh and flavorsome palate is lovely apple, peach, pear,
and white flower flavors, with hints of citrus, followed by a fruity and harmonious
aftertaste. An excellent aperitif to accompany savories. Good with steamed shellfish.

Before bottling, the wine is aged on its lees for two months. Delicate rose in color.
