This Chardonnay has a pale golden color, with notes of peach and stone fruit
aromas including 
a hint of pineapple. The palate has rich peach characters.
The mid palate is soft and creamy. 
Fermented in  stainless steel tanks
at cool temperature to retain all the natural flavors and 
aromatic qualities.
The wine was blended, clarified, filtered, and then bottled so the wine is 

a true expression of the grape and terroir from which it was made.

100% Pinot Noir 
Classic vinification and maturation in stainless steel vats for 6 months.
Malolactic fermentation and slight filtration before bottling.
Beautifully balanced with an elegant ruby color.
The mouth is velvety with black cherry and earthy notes.
It delights those who prefer drinking red wine with fish, and,
is an ideal partner with charcuterie, white meats, and mild cheeses.

Deep and brilliant cherry color, wild red berries, violet, and subtle spice on the nose.
The taste sensation is rich, long, very smooth, full bodied, with velvety soft tannins.
Enjoy with red meat, pasta dishes, and even chocolate desserts.

Winemaker’s Selection 
The color is deep inky purple. The nose is a complex mixture of ripe blackberry and plum 
fruit with a dash of creamy vanilla oak. The palate is medium to full bodied, starting with
some sweet plummy fruit, the flavor then building in the palate to provide an explosion of
raspberry 
flavors. There is some lovely mouth-coating tannins which combine with dark
chocolate oak 
and fruit to provide a great depth and length of flavor. 

Rubus Old Vine Zinfandel Reserve 2019, Lodi….…………$13.99……….$11.89 
100% Zinfandel 
Zinfandel was one of the first grape varieties to be planted in the area during the
California 
Gold Rush. The vines are naturally low-yielding due to their age, and they
consistently 
produce high quality fruit.
This Lodi Zinfandel exhibits spicy berry fruit flavors typical of 
head trained Zinfandel
vines from the top growing areas of Lodi. Pair with grilled meats 
and cheese.
